1.1 Information you provide

Account details: name, phone number, email, company name, and password (hashed).
Profile & documents: vehicle numbers, license images, delivery photos, proof of delivery (POD) signatures, and notes you upload.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Location data: precise or approximate location from GPS, Wi‑Fi, and mobile networks (e.g., live tracking, navigation, route history, arrival confirmation). You can control this via your device settings.
Device & log data: IP address, device identifiers, OS version, App version, crash logs, performance and diagnostics.
Usage data: actions in the App such as logins, feature usage, and timestamps.

1.3 Permissions we may request

Network access to communicate with our servers.

Note: The App may function with limited features if you deny certain permissions (e.g., background location for real‑time tracking).

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and improve core features (trip creation, dispatching, navigation, proof of delivery).
Show real‑time driver/vehicle location and status to authorized stakeholders.
Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and secure the App.
Analyze usage to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
Send service communications (trip alerts, OTPs, reminders) and respond to support requests.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal Bases

Where required by law, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the App).

4. Sharing & Disclosure

Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and messaging providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Business & operational sharing: trip status and related information may be shared with your organization (e.g., dispatcher, shipper, consignee) when necessary to complete services.
Legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with safeguards and notice where required.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third‑Party Services

The App may use third‑party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics, and Google Maps APIs. These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the type of data processed, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and regular monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Access, update, or delete your account information by contacting us or via in‑app options where available.
Control permissions at any time in your device settings (e.g., Location, Camera, Notifications).
Opt‑out of non‑essential analytics where supported by the App settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us to delete it.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we implement safeguards to protect your information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date and is effective when posted. Material changes will be notified within the App or by other appropriate means.
